Amazon Offers 35% Off Multichannel Fulfillment for TikTok Shop Orders
Amazon MCF is 35% off for TikTok Shop orders until at least July 2027. Here's who qualifies, what's excluded and how to check the discount is applied.
TL;DR
- Since July 16, 2026, Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) takes 35% off Standard and Expedited fulfillment rates for TikTok Shop orders delivered to US addresses.
- Amazon plans to run it for at least 12 months, so until at least mid-July 2027, but says it can change or end the promotion at any time.
- There's no enrollment and no code. The discount applies automatically to TikTok Shop orders sent to MCF through a supported integration partner.
- New: not every MCF order for TikTok Shop qualifies. Orders you create by hand in Seller Central are excluded, and so are orders from Shopify's legacy Multi-Channel Fulfillment app. The order has to be attributed to TikTok Shop.
- The 35% replaces your MCF Preferred Pricing discount on TikTok Shop orders. It doesn't stack.
- You can check it: Amazon's Multichannel Fulfillment dashboard has a "TikTok Shop Discount benefits" table, order by order.
Amazon is giving sellers another incentive to use its fulfillment network for TikTok Shop.
Starting July 16, 2026, Amazon's Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) program is offering 35% off Standard and Expedited fulfillment rates for eligible TikTok Shop orders in the U.S. The promotion runs for at least 12 months and is automatically applied to eligible orders submitted through a supported integration partner.
For Amazon sellers expanding into TikTok Shop, the offer could make it easier to use one inventory pool and fulfillment network across multiple sales channels.
What Is Amazon Offering?
The promotion gives eligible TikTok Shop orders a 35% discount on MCF Standard and Expedited fulfillment rates.
The offer:
- Started July 16, 2026
- Applies for at least 12 months
- Is available for TikTok Shop orders in the U.S.
- Applies to Standard and Expedited MCF fulfillment rates
- Is automatically applied to eligible orders
- Requires orders to be submitted through a supported integration partner
So if you're already using MCF to fulfill TikTok Shop orders through a supported integration, there's no separate coupon code to enter.
Why Is Amazon Pushing MCF for TikTok Shop?
The promotion is part of Amazon's broader push to make Multichannel Fulfillment useful beyond Amazon.com.
MCF allows sellers to use Amazon's fulfillment network to fulfill orders from other sales channels, including TikTok Shop, while maintaining a shared inventory pool.
That means a seller doesn't necessarily need to maintain a completely separate fulfillment operation for TikTok Shop.
Amazon describes the benefit as a single supply chain for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other channels.
For sellers operating across multiple marketplaces, that's potentially a bigger benefit than the 35% discount itself. It also fits a wider pattern: Amazon recently started letting sellers run their eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Walmart sales from Seller Central.
One Inventory Pool Across Channels
One of the biggest challenges with multichannel selling is inventory management.
A seller might have:
Amazon inventory → Amazon orders
TikTok Shop inventory → TikTok orders
Website inventory → Direct orders
Managing separate inventory pools can increase the risk of overselling, stockouts, and unnecessary transfers.
With MCF, Amazon is positioning its fulfillment network as a shared infrastructure layer.
You can maintain inventory within Amazon's fulfillment network and use it to fulfill eligible orders from multiple sales channels.
Amazon Says MCF Can Handle TikTok Shop Delivery Requirements
Amazon says 96% of MCF orders are dispatched and 99% are delivered within TikTok Shop's required timelines.
That can be particularly important for TikTok Shop sellers. Amazon spells out those timelines: orders must be dispatched within two business days and delivered within six business days of entering "Awaiting Shipment." Amazon's figures cover standard-sized orders in the contiguous US from March through May 2026, for merchants that kept at least four weeks of forecasted demand in stock.
TikTok-driven demand can also be unpredictable. A product can suddenly gain traction from a viral video or creator campaign, creating a large spike in orders.
Amazon says MCF has more than 200 fulfillment centers, which it positions as a way for sellers to scale fulfillment when demand suddenly increases.
There's More Than the 35% Discount
Amazon is also highlighting results from sellers that use both MCF and FBA.
According to Amazon, these sellers have, on average:
- Reduced out-of-stock rates by 45%
- Improved inventory turnover by 19%
These figures come from Amazon Supply Chain Services, so sellers should treat them as Amazon-reported results rather than an independent benchmark. Amazon says they're based on trailing twelve-month data from 555,000 sellers who shipped more than 100 units with FBA in 2025, comparing sellers using both MCF and FBA with sellers using FBA only.
Still, they illustrate the broader argument Amazon is making: consolidating fulfillment across channels can potentially make inventory management more efficient.
Who Can Take Advantage of the Promotion?
The important word here is eligible.
The 35% discount isn't simply available to every TikTok Shop seller who happens to have an Amazon account.
Amazon says the promotion applies automatically to eligible TikTok Shop orders submitted through a supported integration partner.
That means sellers should confirm that their current TikTok Shop-to-MCF setup uses a supported integration before assuming the discount will apply.
Amazon's announcement does not require sellers to manually apply a promotional code. You also don't need to be based in the US or have a US entity. The orders just have to be delivered to US addresses.
What if You're Already Using MCF for TikTok Shop?
This is probably the most immediately relevant question for existing multichannel sellers.
Amazon says the discount is automatically applied to eligible orders submitted through a supported integration partner.
So if your TikTok Shop orders are already being sent to MCF through a supported integration, you should verify that your orders qualify rather than assuming you need to create a new fulfillment setup.
One seller has already asked Amazon whether orders automatically fulfilled through the Helium 10 API will qualify for the discount, showing that integration eligibility is an important practical detail for sellers. Helium 10 is on Amazon's list of supported partners, and an Amazon moderator replied that Helium 10 now has its own tile and workflow for the promotion.
How to Check You're Actually Getting the 35%
"Automatic" doesn't mean every order gets it. Amazon's terms say the discount applies only to orders attributed to TikTok Shop, and that making sure they're attributed is the merchant's job. Here's how to check, using Amazon's own promotion page and FAQ.
1. Find Your Connector on Amazon's Partner List
Amazon lists the supported integration partners on its promotion page. As of late October 2026 there are 30, including AfterShip, Base.com, CedCommerce, Celigo, ChannelEngine, GeekSeller, Goflow, Helium 10, LINGXING, Linnworks, M2E, Pipe17, Rithum, ShipStation, Shopify, Veeqo and WebBee. If your tool isn't on the list, assume your orders aren't getting the discount.
2. Stop Creating MCF Orders by Hand
Amazon's FAQ is clear: manual Seller Central orders will not receive the promotion. If your team copies TikTok Shop orders into Seller Central's Create Fulfillment Order screen, every one of those orders pays full price. Automating them through a supported partner is what unlocks the 35%.
3. Shopify Sellers: Check Which App You're On
If your TikTok Shop orders flow into Shopify and then to MCF, the discount only applies through the MCF and Buy with Prime app for Shopify. Orders from the legacy Multi-Channel Fulfillment app don't get it, and Amazon tells those merchants to migrate. You're also responsible for making sure your Shopify connector passes the order's origin (TikTok Shop) through to Shopify.
4. Know What Happens to Your Preferred Pricing
If you're enrolled in Amazon's 2026 MCF Preferred Pricing program, the two don't stack. On TikTok Shop orders, the 35% replaces your Preferred Pricing discount. Your other MCF orders keep Preferred Pricing. Amazon adds that TikTok Shop units still count toward Preferred Pricing's volume thresholds, but they aren't deducted from its benefit unit cap or FBA credit cap.
5. Look at the Dashboard, Not Just the Invoice
Amazon gives you two places to confirm it. The "Your Incentives" dashboard (from the "Check your incentives" recommendation on the Seller Central homepage) shows the incentive. For the detail, go to Reporting > Analytics > Amazon Curated Dashboards > See All > Multichannel Fulfillment and scroll to the "TikTok Shop Discount benefits" table. It lists the benefit amount and discounted units by order and shipment. The data can lag 24 to 48 hours, so check a few days of orders at once. If TikTok Shop orders you shipped through MCF are missing from that table, the attribution in step 1 to 3 is the first place to look.
6. Set Your Return Address Correctly
This one isn't about the discount, but it trips up new MCF users. Amazon's TikTok Shop guide says not to enter an Amazon warehouse as your TikTok Shop return address, because Amazon processes returns across many warehouses. Use a seller-controlled address instead (your own warehouse, a 3PL or a returns partner).
What Sellers Should Do Now
If you're selling, or planning to sell, on TikTok Shop, there are a few things worth checking.
1. Check Whether You're Eligible
Review your current TikTok Shop fulfillment setup and confirm that you're using a supported integration partner.
2. Compare Your Current Fulfillment Costs
Don't look at the 35% discount in isolation.
Compare your current TikTok Shop fulfillment costs with the discounted MCF rates, including any other applicable fees, to determine whether MCF actually improves your margins. Our TikTok Shop unit economics calculator can help you see what each order really earns.
3. Look at Your Inventory Setup
If you're maintaining separate inventory for Amazon and TikTok Shop, consider whether consolidating fulfillment could simplify your operation.
4. Think About Scalability
If TikTok is one of your growth channels, fulfillment capacity becomes particularly important when a product suddenly takes off.
Amazon's MCF network is designed to handle orders from multiple channels, which could reduce the need to build a separate fulfillment operation for TikTok Shop.
5. Monitor the Promotion Period
The discount is available for at least 12 months, so don't build your long-term margins around the promotional rate without considering what fulfillment costs could look like after the promotion ends. With the promotion now about three and a half months in, that end date is closer than it looks.
Why This Matters for Amazon Sellers
The bigger story isn't simply that Amazon is offering 35% off.
Amazon is competing for a bigger role in multichannel commerce.
TikTok Shop gives sellers another source of customers, while Amazon already has a large fulfillment infrastructure. By offering discounted MCF rates, Amazon is making it more attractive for sellers to connect those two pieces.
For sellers, that creates an interesting proposition:
Sell on TikTok. Store inventory with Amazon. Let MCF handle fulfillment.
Whether that's the right setup depends on your products, order volume, margins, and existing fulfillment costs, but the promotional discount makes the comparison worth doing.

For sellers already using MCF, this is worth checking because the discount may reduce the cost of fulfilling your TikTok Shop orders. Check that your connector is on Amazon's list, that no orders go in by hand, and that your orders show up in the "TikTok Shop Discount benefits" table.
For sellers considering TikTok Shop, it's another reason to evaluate whether Amazon's fulfillment network can support your multichannel strategy. If you'd like a team to set it up and run both channels, see our TikTok Shop management and channel management services.
The opportunity isn't just 35% cheaper fulfillment. It's the ability to use one inventory and fulfillment operation across multiple sales channels.
